Real Simple’s biggest and most ambitious annual tentpole, built it across two residences in a single Lower Manhattan high-rise: a light-filled penthouse and a “DIY Annex,” each room designed by one of 11 top content creators, including cover star Drew Barrymore. The campaign generated $5M+ in revenue, (+400% YoY.) It featured shoppable rooms, a sponsored dual-cover issue, and an experiential event.
